Monthly Services:
- Check electrical (switches, plugs and breaker panel)
- Check plumbing (faucets, toilets, drains and water heater)
- Check built in appliances
- Change furnace filter
- Change interior and exterior non working light bulbs (within reach of 10′ ladder)
- Check security system (smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, run diagnostics, change settings as necessary)
- Lubricate exterior door locks and hinges (including garage door)
Bi-Annually Services:
- Powerwash exterior (walls, soffits, fascias, windows, doors, decks, patios, sidewalk and driveway)
- Window washing (exterior only)
- Reset clocks (after day light savings)
- Check gates and fences
Annual Services:
- Drain waterheater
- Clean dryer vent
- Check rain gutters and downspouts
- Inspect window and screens
Platinum members will receive a 20% discount on home repairs and 10% discount on home renovation or remodel projects.
Gold Member Services
